Dr. Roy Smith realizes that everyone’s finances are different. With that in mind, we have many options for your financial arrangements. Rocky Ridge Dental Associates accepts cash and check, as well as Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express and Discover® credit cards. We also provide an in-house financing option for you to use. For extensive treatment plans, we provide a 5% discount if your treatment is paid in full prior to beginning treatment. You may also extend your payments to 90 days without interest by paying one half prior to beginning treatment and the remaining balance in three equal installments. Financial terms in excess of 90 days are provided by CareCredit. If you would like information on CareCredit, please talk to our dental team at the front desk.
Dental Insurance
We will electronically file your dental insurance for you as a courtesy so that you can receive the maximum benefits entitled from your carrier. However, your dental policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Our dental office in Vestavia Hills, Alabama, does not participate in insurance schemes where the patient is required to choose a dentist from a list. Our financial agreement is with you, not your insurance company.
